Shipping & Delivery Policy

As an ethical & sustainable slow fashion conscious brand, Funky Flamingo London takes pride in providing high quality products which are handmade to order with great attention, quality & care. And all this magic happens at our local one-stop facility in London, with its high quality production facilities.

As part of the slow fashion movement, we will only start producing items, once we have your order in place - unlike mass produced unsustainable fashion. Many products are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days of receiving the order. Some products may exceed this production timeline, due to the nature of the product and design complexities. Production times can vary according to each product and shipping time is on top of the production time. So total lead time = production time + shipping time and varies for each product. 

Please note that weekends or public holidays does not count as production days.

As all our products are bespoke & handmade to order, the products will be shipped only after it's manufactured and the delivery timeline guide given is from the date of dispatch, and NOT the date of order. 

IMPORTANT: The billing address & shipping/delivery address should be the same for each order, to ensure our customer’s safety online. Please ensure these details match and are correct before checking out, as no change to the delivery address cannot be made after the order is completed. We cannot bear liability for the errors made by customer and would highly recommend that you review your order details before checkout. For any gift orders where you require a different delivery address from the billing address, please contact us first before placing the order.

Delivery Timelines 

UK Delivery: 2-3 days* (including Saturdays) is the standard delivery timeline.

However, in some circumstances, delivery to certain locations/ postcodes may take up to 5 days; and in very rare cases up to 15 working days.

International Fast Worldwide Shipping 

Most international deliveries are with customers in 3 - 5 days*. FedEx, DHL, TNT, Yamato or similar service will be used as our default international delivery option. We suggest this service as it includes detailed tracking and guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 2 days to major cities, or as long as 4 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, where it may be necessary for us to pass on the remote area surcharge levied by the carrier. Delivery outside the EU may attract local tax duty to pay which is administered by the local territory and therefore, is out of our hands - if in doubt, please check your local tax duty information before purchasing.
